I had accident earlier this year(few months ago) wasn't my fault and other side admitted it but they still haven't paid for damages so the case is still open. How much money should I pay for my a car every year if i raise a car in the US?

Well.. i am a foreigner.. preparing to study in US in my country..there are many fees people have to pay to government,. i do not know how it works in th US.. if i buy a used car in the US...so else fee i have to pay for to maintain my car's license plate??? insurance? any others?? how much is that??

Does my first speeding ticket increase my auto insurance rate?

I just got my first speeding ticket, and I'm really worried about the insurance rate ! The ticket says 60 on 30 limited area, so yeah 30mph over the limit ! also they were not using any detector as on the ticket says, can I go to the court say they made a mistake?! lol I'm living in MA FYI.
